At The Original £1 E Liquid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please retain your postage receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
